Abby has been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist since 2016 and joined the Kids Unlimited staff part-time in 2020. Abby currently works at an elementary school and specializes in working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing students. She earned her Masters of Speech-Language Pathology from Midwestern University and her Bachelors of Science in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has experience providing diagnostics and intervention to children with a variety of needs including: aural (re)habilitation, Autism, Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) devices, and speech sound disorders. When not working as an SLP, Abby enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, listening to audiobooks, and cheering on the Fighting Illini!
